Noe Rodriguez Noe Rodriguez was born in El Paso, Texas and grew up in Cd. Juarez, Mexico. Because of his background, he is able to understand and relate to the issues faced by many of our clients on a much more personal level. Noe was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2009 and is licensed to practice law before all State Courts of Texas. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, in May of 2009. Prior to attending law school, Noe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration, for which he obtained the Business Foundations certification from the Red McCombs School of Business Administration at UT Austin. Noe also received the prestigious College Scholar Award, was a National Hispanic Recognition Program Finalist award winner, and was inducted into the highly selective Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. In 2008 while still in law school, Noe was his law school's selected participant for the highly competitive Texas Access to Justice Program sponsored by the University of Texas School of Law. Through the program he worked as a law clerk for the Texas Civil Rights Project in El Paso, where he worked to enforce the civil rights of people with disabilities and the Hispanic community through pro-bono legal representation. Upon receiving his license by the State Bar of Texas, Noe worked as an Associate Attorney for the Law Offices of Manuel Solis, one of the nation's largest and most prestigious Immigration Firms. During his employment there, Noe worked in the areas of Immigration Adjustment, Deportation Defense, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Traffic/Misdemeanor Defense. Noe has now joined efforts with Antonio Almazan, with who he shares his ideology for justice, integrity, ethics, and hard work, to put his experience and knowledge at your service.
